  • There are multiple varieties of cervical pillows on the market. A cervical pillow helps maintain the anatomical curvature of the neck.
  • When you sleep on your side, put one pillow under your head and place another pillow between you legs and bend your knees.
  • If you sleep on your back, place one pillow under head and one to two pillows under your slightly bent knees.
